Welcome to magicmaideco.com.my (“Website” or “magicmaideco.com.my”), a website owned and operated by MagicMaid Eco Solution Sdn Bhd  (‘MagicMaideco’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’).  In using the MagicMaideco.com.my service, you are deemed to have agreed and accepted all the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy listed and you should be 18 years of age or older.  Otherwise, please exit the website immediately.  We reserve the right to change the terms & conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to look through them as often as possible.

1. Billing & Payment
Customers are obligated to pay the full amount of all sessions services they booked prior the start of the first session. There are few types of payment method to choose from, either by cash, I-banking or credit card.

• For I-banking, payment should only be made to MAGICMAIDECO’s bank account which will be made known to the customers after confirmation booking.
• For credit card payment, customers will receive an email with invoice credit card payment link.  Customers will then pay with their credit card through the secured Payment Agent.

All monetary terms stated are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

2.Introduction (Ownership of Rights)
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by MAGICMAIDECO.  Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of MAGICMAIDECO.  You may not modify, distribute or re-post something on this website for any purpose.

3.Reschedule date, Change timing and Refunds (Cancellation By Us)
We may at any time without cause cancel any particular Booking or this agreement as a whole including your right to use our Website, giving notice by email to the extent reasonably practicable.  If so, we will not refund for the unused sessions but we may allow you to reschedule the unused session to another time subject to the availability of our maid.

4.Rescheduling and the respective charges as below table:

Once the scheduled session is cancelled, Customer has up to 2 day to reschedule the cancelled session.  MAGICMAIDECO reserves the right not to make a refund or reschedule the cancelled session if notification is made to us 1 day after the cancelled session.

​In the event that we are unable to provide the manpower at the stipulated date and time, we will inform the customer at the earliest possible and arrange another session at the customer’s available timing.

​We shall inform the Customer at least 3 days in advance for any termination of cleaning services and a full refund of the unused sessions will be returned.

We will not refund any unused cleaning sessions.

5.General Provision
Failure by MAGICMAIDECO to enforce any provision(s) of this User Agreement will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.  This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MAGICMAIDECO with respect to its subject matter.  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of MAGICMAIDECO, its successors and assigns.

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including, without limitation,

• Accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access; Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
• Attempting to interfere with service to any other user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Website, overloading, ‘flooding,’ ‘spamming’, ‘mail bombing’ or ‘crashing;’
• Sending unsolicited email, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; or Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.  MagicMaideco.com.my will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Website or any activity being conducted on this Website.  You agree, further, not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this Website other than the search engine and search agents available from MagicMaideco.com.my on this Website and other than generally available third-party web browsers (e.g., Microsoft Internet Explorer).

6.Website Security
All changes are only allowed within the validity time frame of the sessions package and subject to the availability of MAGICMAIDECO’s manpower.  In the event of unavailability of manpower, the Parties shall agree on a more suitable date and time.

7.Termination
MagicMaideco.com.my may terminate or suspend your right to use the Service if you breach any term or policy as posted or if we found that you have engaged in inappropriate and/or offensive behavior.  Such termination will be without any liability to MagicMaideco.com.my.

8.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
It is the intention of the Parties to this Agreement and the performance under this Agreement, and all suits and special proceedings under this Agreement, be construed in accordance with and governed, to the exclusion of the law of any other forum, by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceeding may be instituted.

9.Indemnification and Liability
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAGICMAIDECO, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, attorneys, contractors, providers, subsidiaries, and affiliates from and against any and all claim, loss, expense or demand of liability, including attorneys’ fees and costs incurred, in connection with your use or inability to use the Service. MAGICMAIDECO reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to your indemnification.  You will not, in any event, settle any claim or matter without the written consent of MAGICMAIDECO.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you in contract, tort or equity in relation to any direct, indirect or consequential loss you incur in relation to the contents, use or reliance of Site Content or otherwise in connection with the Website provided however that if we are found to be liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, you agree that our liability will be limited to the amount of our fees from the Booked Service Fee that is payable or have been paid by you.

To the extent permitted by law, MAGICMAIDECO will not be responsible and will be excluded from all liability, for any loss or damage whatsoever (including personal injury, loss of life and damage to property) that you or another person may suffer in connection with the offer or supply of (or default in supplying) Services provided however that if we are found to be liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, you agree that our liability will be limited to the amount of our fees, from the Booked Service Fee that is payable or have been paid by you.

In no event will we be liable for any economic losses (including, without limit, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); loss of goodwill or reputation; special, indirect or consequential losses; or damage to or loss of data.

We reserve the rights to assign or replace any maid(s) for the cleaning sessions. Any preference over any specific maid’s services shall be subjected to availability and our sole discretion.

By using this Website, you agree and accept that the indemnity and limitations of liability provided are reasonable.

10.Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service
MagicMaideco.com.my may at any time modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement without any prior notification to you.  You can access the latest version of the Agreement at any given time on MagicMaideco.com.my. You should regularly review the Agreement on MagicMaideco.com.my.  In the event the modified Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service.  However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Agreement.

11.Privacy Policy
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.  We view protection of your privacy as a very important community principle.  We understand clearly that you and your Information is one of our most important assets.  We store and process your Information on computers located in Singapore and abroad that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices.  We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles. If you object to your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not use the Website.
